Dogs, horses and nature have been my favorite photo subjects since I was a young girl using my first camera -- a Kodak Instamatic. Many years have passed since then and the technology has gone far beyond what I ever could have imagined as a budding photographer. Today between the excellent dSLR cameras, computers,PhotoShop and Lightroom, the possibilities are endless as far as capturing that special moment for a multitude of medium.

As you can probably tell, I have a soft spot in my heart for Pembroke Welsh Corgis, as they have been a part of our family for the last 20-plus years.
